How do I open my building door?

To open the door to your building, you can use your code or Bluetooth unlocking. To do this, go to the Oskey application and, in the Home tab, press the blue button corresponding to the right door.

How do I give access to a new resident?

You can only give access to a new resident if your landlord authorises you to do so. In this case, you can go to :
Menu > Close ones ** > Add a close one > Add a resident**.

How long is my PIN code valid?

Your personal code is valid for 6 months, which considerably reduces the risk of leaks and thus reinforces the security of your building. This period is defined by your manager, who determines the frequency of automatic renewal. Find your personal code in Home then in the top right-hand menu Building information > My personal code.

Who receives the various letters?

Accepted Answer

The person(s) named on the lease will receive a personal message allowing them to create an account. For legal reasons, it is important that each person creates their own account. You are individually co-administrators of your solution.

Can I consult a history of openings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can view an opening history in the Oskey application, in the **Activity **tab. However, only your history (opens, calls) appears in the activity tab.
