Can I give an access to a delivery person

A dedicated menu allows you to create a code for a one-off need (delivery, service provider, etc.). You can create a single-use code in the tab Invitations > Generate a quick code, set its validity period and then press Generate to create and share it. Once used, it cannot be used again by the guest.
